It’s the golden nugget of all golden nuggets and it never seems to come up in any business conversations online but plays a major part in any business.   This made me go ‘hmmmm’!   What is customer Loyalty and Why Is It Important To your Business?

I mean this is a this topic that isn’t talked about much in this internet business , so it cannot be that important, can it? You can learn about one time offers, PPC advertising, search engine optimizations and a swarm of other fancy terms, so why on earth would you care about building customer loyalty?

So why should you care about customer loyalty? Here’s why…  

Ever notice how some business grow by leaps and bounds while others seem to fade away into the wind?

• Was it just plain luck?
• They were in the right place at the right time?
• Was it their organization?
• Was it the business plans and ideas?

It could be all the above but what it really comes down to is giving the customer what they really want and can use. Customer loyalty can’t be bought it must be earned and it wont happen over night, but. It can happen quickly if your customers know & feel that they are appreciated.

There are a number of reason loyalty should be at the top of your list. With loyalty comes trust and once your customers trust you they will do business with you because you’ve nurtured this relationship over a period of time. Simply put by providing your current customers with superb customer service because this could mean hundreds if not thousands of dollars in extra income every month, all from one happy customer and word of mouth.

because it’s being delivered by loyal happy customer.  Who would be more than happy to share there
positive experiences with a friend or anyone who ask and this will create repeat business for a long
